The general public is reminded to check the Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO) or Provisional Cert of Authority to Operate (PCAO) before booking accommodations or events in hotels to avoid inconvenience.

Event organizers and Event venues should also have updated Business Permits and Tourism Licences unless if the event venue will be held in the celebrant's private residence. Special Mayors Permit for events is a must.
